Alongside Amanda Todd, Shaw helped create the NMB Survivor Challenges. Since 2020, Shaw has been the Director of the organization, overseeing both the Jr. Survivor Camp & Celebrity Challenge. Shaw is a superfan of Survivor and loves working with the next generation of Survivor fans every year at camp!

Tony Tipton was an inaugural member of our Jr. Camp leadership team. He was a huge asset to our summer camp. Tony passed away unexpectedly in a tragic accident on June 8th, 2022. He will be deeply missed by the team at the NMB Survivor Challenges family.
